Holly summer intern Soumya Singh is not afraid of making a splash.

As her ambitions and skillset grow, her commitment to making massive global impact has remained. And while it certainly drove her to Holly, it existed long before then.

Service has been a core tenet of Soumya’s entire life. Growing up in a family of civil service workers, she saw how difficult and how impactful public sector work could be. In India, she volunteered extensively with several educational programs. After her undergraduate, she began working at Bain as a consultant, but said she was constantly drawn to projects with an impact angle. In 2022, she began working with the Tony Blair Institute for Global Change.  

Knowing she was destined for even more, she packed up, moved across the globe, and began business school at Harvard in 2025. Searching for a summer where she could create real, resounding change, her path (and a few conversations with HBS folks) led her straight to Holly.

At Holly, her work centered around product usage and business health, ensuring that our clients are getting the best possible use out of Holly and that the Holly team understands how the product is servicing our customers. The health metrics dashboard she’s built out for the business is certain to serve every team, and is a tool Holly will grow stronger – and more impactful – with for years to come. These metrics, as she describes them, allow Holly to keep “customers at the core of everything we do.”

In the office, she’s been a go-to for wisdom, inspiration, and kindness. Whatever the future holds for Soumya, we’re certain she will create waves of change wherever she lands.
