Nevada Expansion Begins: North Las Vegas

The City of North Las Vegas is now Holly's first Nevada customer: 290,000+ residents, the fourth-largest city in the state, and a labor market where competing with Las Vegas means getting comp right. From early believer to signed partner.

We're excited to announce that the City of North Las Vegas has become Holly's first customer in Nevada, marking our expansion into our eighth state. Our relationship with North Las Vegas began at the very infancy of Holly. We first connected with Christine, Wilson, and Kim when we were just starting to understand the opportunity for AI in classification and compensation. They saw the potential early on, but it wasn't quite the right timing for them to take a chance on a startup without any case studies.

In the time since, the North Las Vegas team evaluated the alternatives—private sector compensation tools, consultant options, and various software pitches. Earlier this year, they reconnected with us and saw the impact Holly had made across three of their neighboring states. The decision to partner with us became clear.

North Las Vegas is home to more than 290,000 residents and is the fourth-largest city in Nevada. The city's population has more than doubled since 2000, making it one of the fastest-growing communities in the Las Vegas Valley. With that kind of growth, the city competes for talent alongside Las Vegas, Henderson, and Clark County — making competitive classification and compensation more important than ever.

With Holly, the North Las Vegas team will now have the tools to compete effectively in the valley's labor market. Pranathi Ganni is on the ground to onboard their team and get them up and running on the platform.

We can't wait to see what this partnership achieves.
