Midwest City, Oklahoma has officially converted its Holly pilot into an annual service license - one of our earliest pilot-to-annual transitions and our first annual customer in Oklahoma.

We're excited to share that Midwest City, Oklahoma has officially converted its Holly pilot into an annual service license - one of our earliest pilot-to-annual transitions and our first annual customer in Oklahoma. It's a huge win to see how the product is working for the people who use it and grow our impact with the cities and counties we work with.
We first met Troy Bradley, MPA, CLRP, and Director of Human Resources, in February and was immediately struck by his commitment to building high-quality public sector jobs. From the outset, we worked side by side: new job classifications, benchmarking support, and feature rollouts that modernize their classification and compensation system. Midwest City is a community of roughly 60,000 people in central Oklahoma, part of the Oklahoma City metro and Oklahoma County. It operates in a tight labor market influenced by Tinker Air Force Base and has bold goals for improving resident services, which sharpened our focus on pragmatic, time-saving tools that fit how their HR team actually works.
Troy shared:
"With Holly, we saw an easy-to-use, time-saving resource that offered the flexibility and customization that we have been desiring for a long time. I liked the idea of using AI to help compare and draft job classifications. We will feel more confident in our classification and compensation plans, and our employees and management will have more trust in the process and results."
Huge thanks to Troy and the Midwest City team for their trust and partnership—we're excited for what's next.
