Meet Pranathi Ganni, Holly's Head of Deployment

building the bridge between great software and the people who use it

Pranathi Ganni, Head of Deployment at Holly

Government agencies are often underserved by technology, yet the work they do is critical. Government HR teams hire the librarians, firefighters, social workers, and accountants who keep communities running. They deserve technology that respects their expertise and amplifies their impact.

That’s what brought me to Holly.

I’ve spent my career implementing technology for government agencies and nonprofits—from public benefits systems to international cash transfer programs. Across all of it, the pattern is the same: great tools only matter if they actually get used.

Holly builds hiring tools specifically for government agencies—software designed around how public sector HR actually works. That’s where deployment comes in. My role is to build the infrastructure that makes Holly work seamlessly for the agencies using it, from implementation through ongoing use.

What Agencies Can Expect

A smooth, predictable launch. Implementing new technology is never simple. I’ve seen what happens when implementation is an afterthought, and I’ve seen what’s possible when people invest in getting it right. My job is to build the data pipelines, quality processes, and project frameworks that make launches predictable instead of chaotic.

An empathetic partner. When you hit roadblocks or raise concerns, I’m here to listen and provide clarity. More importantly, I take what I learn from each deployment and use it to improve our processes, so every agency that comes after has an even better experience.

A direct line to our product team. If there’s something that’s not working for you, or a feature you wish existed, reach out to me. I’m here to talk through your idea, help shape it into something concrete, and bring it back to our team to make it happen. That feedback loop is how Holly gets better.

Why This Matters to Me

My path to Holly has been shaped by a consistent thread: I love cutting through technical complexity to build systems that work for people solving meaningful problems.

Good deployment starts with the person. You watch how they’re actually using the system. You ask what’s frustrating, what’s missing, what would make their day easier. Then you build from there.

I put people first because that’s the only way any of this works. If we’re not building for the people actually using Holly, we’re just adding features instead of solving problems.

Why Holly

The team is thoughtful about understanding what government HR professionals deal with day-to-day. They’re building tools designed to assist, not replace—to free up HR teams to focus on hiring great people for their communities. I’m honored to be part of Holly’s next chapter, and I’m committed to ensuring that as we grow, we never lose sight of what matters most: the people we serve.

If you’re a current client, I want to hear from you—what’s working, what’s not, what you wish Holly could do. If you’re considering Holly, I’d love to show you what working with us looks like. And if you’re someone deeply committed to building technology that serves the public good, I hope we’ll have the chance to work together.
